CLIFFORD BLACKMAN: That's right. That's right. The contingency fee agreement where a lawyer agrees to get paid from the settlement when it's recovered really enables any injured person to get good representation.
DOUG LLEWELLYN: Now, it's interesting because when a--it, it comes to mind that when an attorney works on a case like that, if his fee, if he's worried about his fee coming out whatever they collect, it really kind of forces him to work a little harder on the case, doesn't it?

CLIFFORD BLACKMAN: That's correct. We're going to do the best job we can for the client.
DOUG LLEWELLYN: Sure you can.
CLIFFORD BLACKMAN: Plus, we're, we're not going to take a case if we think that it's not meritorious because there's a very high risk of losing and that's not good for anyone.
